What made your list this week?
The only one I've heard of is Gone Girl but I'll have to keep these in mind when I'm in the mood for something creepy I love these types of books around Halloween!
ReplyDeleteThe cover for graveminder creeps me out so much! I read the summary for Ice Twins and yeah creepy too! Sister sounds so good though -- does creepy mean horror in this case? Bc *shudders* I can'tdo horror!
ReplyDeleteNot really. The only ones I would consider really horror or at least on the border are The Thirteenth Sacrifice and The Circle. Some of the others have paranormal elements, but not bloody, slasher horror or anything similar.
DeleteOh good, whew!
DeleteOkay, so I haven't read any of those and need to check them out...lol. :)
ReplyDeleteSince we read some of the same books, I figured you would have read at least one from this list. I really recommend Sister and The Ice Twins.
DeleteCreepy Books! AAAAH! I've only read Gone Girl from this pile, but I will most DEFINITELY check the rest out!
ReplyDeleteI would tell you to read The Dead House by Dawn Kuragitch. It's a SUPER creepy book, and really chilling too.
Have a lovey day!

You are right, The Dead House totally belongs on this list too - I read it last year. I am really looking forward to Kuragitch's new book too. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteI haven't read a good creepy story in awhile. The Countess sounds awesome!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
Great creepy list! The Ice Twins looks really good. I've been wanting to read that one for a while. :)
ReplyDeleteWaking Hours has a great cover (love the moon peeking over) and I definitely am looking forward to reading Gone Girl.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to keep these in mind come Halloween time. I don't like super creepy books, but Gone Girl was really good. The Ice Twins just sounds creepy and I don't know a thing about it!
ReplyDeleteI love creepy books! I have only read one on your list - The Ice Twins and would agree that it is definitely creepy. Great list!
ReplyDeleteI am always in the mood for creepy- and there's lots of books on this list I haven't read- so I plan to go look them up!
ReplyDeleteSome good ones here. I've enjoyed THE ICE TWINS and SISTER. I also read GONE GIRL, but I was not as big a fan of that one as many were. Have you read Rosamund Lupton's second book, AFTERWARDS? It was very good.
ReplyDeleteNo, I will have to check that one out since I enjoyed Sister so much. Thanks for the recommendation.
