The top 10 weekly meme used to be hosted by The Broke and the Bookish they handed over the reins to ThatArtsyReaderGirl who can be found HERE. Each week she will focus on lists which cover various topics related to books and reading.
This week's topic is anticipated releases for the 2nd half of the year. Everyone likes to plan new reads so this should be fun. It will also likely be dangerous to the TBR/Wishlist.

So I probably could have kept going but these are the ones that immediately jumped out at me. King and Hill are auto-buys as are the Prince books.
What made your list this week?
I'm gonna try Jenn McKinlay's books one of these days!
ReplyDeleteYou need too! :)
DeleteOf course I agree with Stormi. One of my favorite series as well!
DeleteWhenever I see her books they look great :)
DeleteSo much goodness! Word to the Wise looks adorable!
ReplyDeleteThat is such an awesome cozy series. This cover is especially cute because of Lindsey's pup on the front.
DeleteKing just keeps cranking them out doesn't he? I wonder what it is like to have his brain and have all those stories fighting to get out.
ReplyDeleteI can't even imagine. I remember some years back when there were rumors he was done writing. Glad that didn't happen!
DeleteYou listed a bunch of books that didn't make my list but I'm super excited to read: The Remaking, Mistletoe and The Twisted Ones. How are we going to read them all???!!
ReplyDeleteWe aren't. Isn't that sad. There are just too many books out there!
DeleteYeah, I definitely have to read The Institute.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT.
I've found some of his recent stuff less supernatural in nature but I will still read anything he puts out.
DeleteI looked at The Twisted Ones blurb. Wow, that sounds good! And scary!
ReplyDeleteThe cover is pretty scary as well!
DeleteMy list is a bit of a mixture with apocalypse, horror, urban fantasy, politics and thriller! No surprises that you have Prince books on your radar! There seems to be plenty of them to keep you going!
ReplyDeleteYes, there are a few that pop up each year. I knew your list would showcase some lesser known gems!
DeleteT. Kingfisher has a new book out?! You've made my day!
ReplyDeleteYay! So happy for you then.
DeleteI haven't read a Stephen King book in a long time. Too much of a wimp these days, I guess :) I hope you love his newest and that of his son. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
His last ones haven't really been scary. More serial killer/crime in nature. The Outsider was really good though and is a great place to jump back in.
DeleteIntrigued by Hex Life. Love that you always introduce me to fantastic sounding horror novels.
ReplyDeleteThat's my goal :) I love Armstrong so I noticed her name right away on the cover.
DeleteI'm really looking forward to Blind Search! I loved Munier's first Mercy and Elvis book. :D
ReplyDeleteI finally bought it but need to get to it!
DeleteSo I see some cool books and one of yours I used for my Can't Wait Wednesday post for tomorrow! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have such similar tastes with a lot of books that it doesn't surprise me!
DeleteI didn't know there was a new Stephen King coming out! I haven't read anything by him in ages. I should pick up one of his standalones ๐✨And
ReplyDeleteTwo new Prince books! ๐
Yep, but the second one is almost $60.00 so I'm seriously thinking it's gonna have to be a Christmas present :)
DeleteWow! ๐ฑ
DeleteOooh, more Prince books! I hope you love them. And a new Joe Hill?! I hope it's good.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I'm STILL working my way through NOS4A2!
DeleteDefinitely excited for new King and Hill! Really hope Hill will write a new full length one soon though.
ReplyDeleteI do too although I still need to read The Fireman.
DeleteI've got The Twisted Ones on my list too! Very curious about the upcoming Stephen King as well.
ReplyDelete~Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum
I've been seeing the King one around a lot but that's not really unusual for King.
DeleteI'm always ready for more Joe Hill! These are all great picks though.
ReplyDeleteI do wish he'd do another full length novel though.
DeleteWow, this is a great list - new Stephen King and Joe Hill.
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, I love the look of Mistletoe and it was also on my list.
Lynn :D
I knew I'd seen it on a few blogs already when I featured it here.
DeleteOh I love that cover of Hex Life. Looks very interesting!
ReplyDeleteIt's very cool right?
DeleteI CANNOT wait for FULL THROTTLE! :)
ReplyDeleteI had a feeling you'd be right there with me on that one Erica!
