TTT - 10 Books I Didn't Get to in 2017 (but I TOTALLY Plan to Read in 2018)

This top 10 weekly meme is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and can be found HERE.  However, after this week, there will be a new host for the feature and it can be found over at The Artsy Reader Girl.  Each week they focus on lists which cover various topics related to books and reading.

This week's topic looks at books we planned in reading in 2017 but didn't quite make it, so we've bumped them to 2018.  Gee, I only get 10????  This shouldn't be too hard.

I'm pretty sure The Prey of Gods will be the first one up, and then I'll move on to some January review books.  I have to track down a copy of Dogs of War before I read it and I'm not having an easy time of it unless I want to pay more than I usually pay and get it from Book Depository.

Have you read any of these and which ones would you recommend I knock off first?

  1. Ooh, that's some list! I see one or two I haven't heard of too. Can't wait to hear what you think of Into The Drowning Deep. Both books were killer.

  2. The only one here that I tried was a sample of Dogs of War. It just wasn't for me but that doesn't mean you won't like it! You know how picky I am about things!

    1. Honestly, I;m curious about it but also kind of put off on it. Right now I'd have to order a copy from Book Depository so I'll be holding off for a while at least.

  3. Yet again, you've mentioned a bunch of books that I've never heard of and have caused my TBR to rapidly increase. Your blog needs to come with a warning - I'll never be able to get my reading under control if I keep coming here! :P

  10. I'd go with Into the Drowning Deep not because I've read it (yet) but because she's a solid author. I haven't read any of the others. Good thing I skipped this TTT because my list would be pages long!

  14. I'm unfamiliar with most of these, so I won't be much help! The only one I really recognize is the Mira Grant, and I'm pretty sure it would be too scary for me. I have enough nightmares about deep water as it is. But I hope you get to read and enjoy at least some of these in 2018!

    1. Yep, stay away from it then. I read the Grant novella from this series in December and there are a few creepy water scenes.
