So first up are a few books I added to my Kindle. I grabbed "Hunted" and "The House Between Tides" when I saw them on sale. "A Zombie Christmas 2," "Wired In, (DOG!)" "Ghost Walk," and "Terror at Camp Everbee" were all free at the time. Look - TENTACLES!
Next up we have a few review copies. I've been dying for "Girl at the Grave" and even featured it on a Can't Wait Wednesday post a few months back. I had to give VM Burns another try and check out her new series because....wait for it...DOGS. "In the Dog House" does sound good. And finally, "Little Comfort" sounded like a good mystery/thriller debut.
So did you add any of these? What else did you grab this week???
In the Dog House TOTALLY sounds good, and I must say, the little one on the cover looks like she has a bone to pick with whoever is in the doghouse!
ReplyDeleteYep, she definitely looks like someone stole her favorite bone.
DeleteI love the Camp Everbee cover...might just check it out. I see a lot of her stuff free and have a couple on my ereader but not read anything yet.
ReplyDeleteI have TONS of Amy Cross books on my Kindle. I am always seeing them for free. I think it's about time I make time for one.
DeleteI haven't read any of these books, but In The Dog House totally intrigues me. My haul
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good mystery.
DeleteI have a copy of Girl at the Grave as well. It sounds really good, hope we both love it😁
ReplyDeleteMe too. I remember featuring it on Can't Wait Wednesday some time ago. Keeping our fingers crossed.
DeleteOh a bunch of good ones!!! I went to check out Wired In and found out I already have it...lol. Little Comfort I believe is on my wishlist. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what we have that we tend to forget about huh?
DeleteAwesome haul of books. I hope you love all of them. They all look so good.
ReplyDeleteGrace @ Books of Love
Thanks Grace.
DeleteYou always get books with adorable dogs on them. I hope you love all these!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
Yep, I credit my C-ADHD (canine ADHD). When I see a dog on a book, it kicks into gear!
DeleteThere goes my resolve not to grab any new books. LOL So many look so good. Hope you enjoyed Zombie Christmas 2. I love the series. He has them all together in the Mike Beem Chronicles now too.
ReplyDeleteI love reading non-traditional Christmas books at Christmas (someday I'll tackle Krampas). Why would you resolve not to grab any new books????
DeleteMost of these are new to me. You always seem to find the best freebies and sales. I hope you enjoy all of these, Barb!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole!
DeleteI have a copy of Girl at the Grave I'm curious to check out as well. Sounds good!
ReplyDelete~Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum
Sounds like a lot of us will be reading that one.
DeleteI'm kicking myself for not seeing that Hunted went on sale. That one is on my wish list. Girl at the Grave has my attention too. I cannot wait to see what you think of it. Have a great week, Barb, and enjoy all your new books.
ReplyDeleteI missed The Hunted the last time it was on sale so when I got an email about it this time, I jumped on it!
DeleteThese are all new to me, except for Hunted. I already have a copy of that and can't wait to dig into it :) These look great!
ReplyDeleteMegan - Ginger Mom and the Kindle Quest
I love Beauty and the Beast retellings and if I remember correctly, that's The Hunted right?
DeleteThe Little Comfort cover is a wee bit creepy there o_O Terror at Camp Everbee sounds like fun! I hope you enjoy them all :)
ReplyDeleteCreepy is good :)
DeleteI love seeing what everyone hauls because we all have such different taste and interest when it comes to books. I love finding new books and new authors. You got some great reads this week.
ReplyDeleteWeekend posts are some of my faves. I love seeing everyone's reading tastes and the new books they've added. It can be rough on the TBR though.
DeleteOh, Zombie Christmas 2 looks fun. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteFun huh?
DeleteI would suck at doing this tag. Mostly because I try my damnedest to avoid adding books to my shelves or TBR! LOL.
ReplyDeleteGhost Walk looks excellent!
I gave up...resisting was futile.
DeleteCreepy covers for The House Between Tides and Ghost Walk. Love them! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteMary my #Sunday Roundup #21!
It's hard for me to pass up dark, creepy covers.

Thanks (running off to check out your post!)
DeleteGreat haul! I am excited to read Hunted, and this is going to sound strange but I don't remember if I have Hunted or if it's just been on my wish list for a long time....will have to investigate this. I need to reorganize really lol.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, I've had that happen too!
DeleteHouse Between the Tides has been calling me since it came out and I love the cover of Girl at the Grave. I need to find out more about that one. Enjoy your books and have a great week!
