They Call It Puppy Love Wrap Up

So I guess it's a wrap.  I hope everyone had a good time participating and I really enjoyed seeing some of your reads.  I think we had everything from non-fiction to cozy mysteries to horror.  What fun!  And I think I'll be making this a yearly February challenge so make sure to save some of those puppy reads so you can join in again!

I still need to post my last review later today, but since I'm hosting and not eligible for the giveaway, I don't think it matters much.  However, here is an overview of what I accomplished:

Pawprints and Predicaments (Lucky Paws Petsitting Mystery #3) - Bethany Blake (5/5 paws)
The Love of a Lab - Jim Dratfield (5/5 paws)
Elvis and the Tropical Double Trouble (Southern Cousins Mystery #4) - Peggy Webb (3/5 paws)
The Plot is Murder (Mystery Bookshop #1) -V.M. Burns (3/5 paws)
The Doggist Puppies - Elias Weiss Friedman - (5/5 paws)

So basically all you need to do is link-up either a wrap up post, or a link to one of your reviews. Something to let Booker T, Cass and myself know you participated and actually read a book that counts.  The link-up will be live until March 7th and at the end of the day, we will randomly draw to see who is the lucky winner of the $10.00 gift certificate.

  1. I guess I should have commented here instead of on the intro post just now. I am glad you are making this a yearly thing! I didn't have anything on my February tbr that fit this year, but next year I will plan for it. I enjoyed seeing the wide range of books everyone found to read. 🐕

  2. I'm annoyed at myself for not getting the last book done in time-I forgot that February does NOT have 31 days and didn't leave enough time to fit in my last book! Stupid Chuckles! I have a ton of apocalypse books with dogs in it so I should have no problem taking part again next year! Thanks for hosting!

  5. I guess I completely failed to read a dog book last month😐 I mean, ok, dogs aren't really the focus of my blog but still. Sounds like it was a success!

  9. I should have my wrap up post done in the next day or two. I did get some dog books knocked off my tbr list but not as many as I had hoped...I got sidetracked!

  10. I haven't been able to post at all lately, but I did manage to read some dogs. :) I think Bird Box is the only book with dogs in it that I managed to finish. I started reading Where the Red Fern Grows to my 8 year old. It's such a gorgeous book, but boy am I in for a devastating read with him!
