So today I want to tell you about a new readathon I'm participating in during November. It runs November 8th - November 15th and is being hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer. All the rules and signup information can be found HERE.
As always, my plans are subject to change but here's the three books I plan on reading. I am also hoping one of them fits the challenges and if not, there will be some tweaking necessary.
As you can see, I've got mystery covered with "A Christmas Peril" and "Twelve Slays of Christmas" and have picked a feel-good one with "The Christmas Room." I've also got a winter-scare planned with "The Afterlife of Holly Chase." Now I know I won't get 4 books read in a week, but I like options people!
I cannot believe this season is almost upon us. I am terrible at challenges but I wish you luck!
ReplyDeleteI always say once Halloween hits, the rest rolls faster and faster.
DeleteGreat choices! I've been debating whether or not I have time to do this. I certainly have enough books to read that would qualify.
ReplyDeleteYou should. I figure if I can get 2 read I'll be happy.
DeleteYikes. It's coming at us fast! I wanted to do this one. I love Kim's blog. But I'm doing this 31 days thing for Halloween and I expect my brain to be fried afterwards. LOL Have fun and I'll be stopping by.
ReplyDeleteI bet you will be rather worn out!
DeleteI know you will do great!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer. Hope everything is okay. I've been stopping by your blog and notice you've been MIA. I miss you!
DeleteI'm getting my winter food preps done so I have the freezer filled and don't need to venture out except for essentials over the festive period! I hate Christmas crowds everywhere! This week I buy in my supply of salt in case we get icy paths-my postman loves me!
ReplyDeleteI love your kind of planning. Sign me up for something similar.
Delete[love the title of this post lol "We Interrupt Our Regularly Scheduled Programming...." lol] oh this is sweet! I can already smell Christmas! Good luck with the readthon!
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me of Gilmore Girls and "I smell snow." I loved those episodes.
DeleteI'm so excited for holiday reading!!
ReplyDeleteI'm joining the HoHoHoRAT too. I have a few small books, and one children's book, trying to get as much reading as I can in one week! Great selections and happy reading!
