Top Ten Tuesday - Books I Associate With Fall

The top 10 weekly meme used to be hosted by The Broke and the Bookish they  handed over the reins to ThatArtsyReaderGirl who can be found HERE.  Each week she will focus on lists which cover various topics related to books and reading.

Fall is definitely in the air so this week I'm sharing some of my favorite fall looking covers.  However, as I completed this, it kind of morphed into covers I associate with Fall.  So maybe you'll get it bit of both.

I don't know that the cover necessarily reminds me of Fall, but I keep meaning to read this one in the fall so maybe it's an association thing.

Another book I keep meaning to read.  I'm seeing a whole different theme here.

What's Fall without a little Dracula?

So by now we've figured out that I associate Fall with Halloween and apparently that's all 😊

Look for this one in an upcoming haul.

I bought this one last Fall.  Yep, I buy books and never read them - no judging!

I bought this one especially for my Fall TBR this year.  Is it on it? Nope.

AHA!  One that has a cover that looks like Fall to me AND that actually made it on to this month's TBR!

What's more Fall than a pumpkin???

This one gives me serious scary Fall vibes.

Okay, so I also associate Fall with football.

And look, I managed eleven when I was wondering if I could even come up with ten!  What books make you think of Fall???

  7. REBECCA is a very atmospheric read that definitely fits the Fall/Winter vibe. I just read it for the first time and didn't love it, but it is an interesting read for a lot of reasons. I hope you enjoy it if you read it!

    Happy TTT!

  11. Rebecca is SO good! I'm reading the Halloween Season right now. So far, so good but I've heard there are two Christmas stories in here which might be a little weird.

  12. Such fall covers! I'm surprised at the similarities between Dracula and Something W'icked this way comes.

  13. You just have to associate Autumn with Halloween! That creepy John Carpenter tune as leaves fall from the trees in Haddonfield and Michael lurks behind hedges...creepy! Dave is unsure how to feel about so many pumpkins on book covers as he fears it might produce a bigger killing frenzy against his relatives!
