This top 10 weekly meme is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and can be found HERE. Each week they focus on lists which cover various topics related to books and reading. This week is a freebie topic so I am sharing with you books that I bought/read strictly because of the covers.
A Dog's Life - Ann M. Martin
Lawyer for the Dog - Lee Robinson
The Saga of Rex - Michel Gagne
Once Upon a Zombie - Billy Phillips
Unhinged - A.G. Howard (technically I bought all 3 for the covers)
Sour Candy - Kealan Patrick Burke
The Dogs of Littlefield - Suzanne Berne
Geist - Phillipa Ballantine
Alice - Christina Henry (I HAD to have this version)
Moon Chosen - P.C. Cast (Since I already have a physical ARC of this, I'm including it!!!!)
So, do any of these covers make you want to run out and buy/read the book??? I can't wait to see everyone's topics this week!
Of these covers, "The Dogs of Littlefield" is my favorite! It's bright and fun and features DOGS!
ReplyDeleteI am a person that buys books mostly because of the covers!

Unhinged cover is stunning. Covers have a huge impact on what I read ☺My TTT
ReplyDeleteI know I shouldn't judge a book by its cover...but I'll admit to picking up my fair share of books just because I liked the way their covers looked :)

These are some pretty great covers. I especially love The Dogs of Littlefield and Lawyer for the Dog. Great topic! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I bought the first AG Howard book strictly because of the cover. I need to read it though. I love the Moon Chosen cover and I haven't heard of Once Upon A Zombie, but that is a fantastic cover!!
ReplyDeleteI like all the covers with the dogs and the zombie one. I would buy all these books based on the covers though. Great post!
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for a book with a dog on the cover - but, wow, that Alice cover is fantastic! Not sure that's my kinda book, but I love that cover so much! Going to have to check that one out!
