April 2018 Musts & Mights (and a look ahead)

So those who remember my blog from last April (I know, it was a LONG time ago) remember that I did my best to incorporate my love the Prince into my activities since this month is the anniversary of his passing.  Well, I hope to do that again this year and have some special things planned.  So this month besides my normal features, you will be seeing some extra Prince related stuff tied in with books the best I can.  And I even got a special Prince surprise already so keep your eyes peeled for a very special review soon! (Those who follow me on Twitter may already have a clue).

So lots of good books on tap and as usual, more than I will ever get to.  There's quite a bit of horror/thrillers since I'm doing the Spring Into Horror Challenge but I've also had to add in a few lighter reads as well.

MUSTS

MIGHTS

So have you read any of these?  What books are on your "must" list for April?

  1. Ooh Dread Nation is definitely a must for me this month, too! I've categorized And I Darken on my mental "mights" list a long time ago. Hopefully we both end up loving them when we get around to reading them! ♥

    1. I won't be starting it until after the 20th because Maria is reading it with me. I hope I don't get burned by the hype though. I'll admit, I'm a little afraid.

  3. We both have two "musts" the same, The Atocities and Dread Nation (which I completely forgot about in my April post!) I feel like there are so many new books coming out in April, it makes my head spin!

    1. I finished the Atrocities last night and it was definitely enjoyable. My main complaint is that I was it was longer and more fleshed out. But it was super eerie.

    1. I'll admit, I'm very afraid of it. Me and hyped books haven't had the best relationship lately.

    1. It's a fun series and the bulldog on the cover must be a new addition because he's not been in the past ones.

    1. It's a very good and super quick read. It's under 100 pages so maybe you can work it in.

  10. The Atrocities is a Might book for me that has the potential to be upgraded to a Must depending what others say about it. Been hearing some positive things about it already!

    1. I really enjoyed it and think you will too. I should have my review up next week but my main complaint is that I wish it was longer. I think the characters could have been fleshed out more.
