April Down for the Count!

I don't know about you but I am glad April is over.  It went quick in some ways and in others was way too long.  I guess despite everything going on, or maybe because of it, I did have another good reading month.  Let's take a look at how it all broke down.

Summer of Reckoning: Marion Brunet (3/5)
The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires: Grady Hendrix (5/5)
The Amityville Horror: Jay Anson (4/5)
My Lies, Your Lies: Susan Lewis (4/5)
Titanshade: Dan Stout (4/5)
The Fallout: Rebecca Thornton (4/5)
The Stranger: Harlan Coben (5/5)
The Girl and the Stars: Mark Lawrence (4/5)
Longmire - Another Man's Moccasins: Craig Johnson (3/4)
I Am Dust: Louise Beech (4/5)
The Last Confession of Autumn Casterly: Meredith Tate (4/5)

So overall I'm very pleased with the totals.  I'd say my favorite reads were The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires and The Stranger.  My least fave would have to be the Longmire book. Good thing Stormi and I have a new series planned for next month.

So how was your reading month?

  2. I’m glad you had a good reading month! I had a pretty good one too. Mostly because I’m stuck in the house with nothing to do but read. I hope you have a good May!

  3. Looks like April was a pretty good month for you reading-wise! I see lots of fours and fives there, too, which is always great. :D

  4. Overall a pretty good reading month for you which is good though I know you had some tough moments. I won't look back on it with any great fondness really. Still, if we stay virus free, I count that as a victory!
