November Contenders

So this month looks like it will be a mix of horror, cozy mysteries and Christmas.  So many people were doing Halloween features on their blogs that I ended up adding more books than I can possibly handle. Add that to the fact that I read horror all year round and I didn't get to some I wanted to read last month and that's why there is still a fair share of it here.  Plus...Christmas (I can't even believe I'm typing that!)

There's way too many good looking books here this month! Have you read any of these???

  1. We Sold Our Souls is on my ereader waiting for me! I got very little done for horror month which was disappointing and I've signed up for SF month so it'll be a change of focus for me. Lots of interesting looking books planned though!

    1. I finished it last night. It was good. I don't know that I LOVED it, but I did really enjoy it and I like the MC.

  2. I finally finished the book I'm reading (which was kind of a slog) and now I can move on to We Sold Our Souls! I'm so excited to start it!

  4. I've only read Rebecca, but I liked it...and liked finally knowing the whole story. I really want to read We Sold Our Souls and The Haunting of Hope House; both of those look really good.

    1. One Day in December was okay. It's not something I normally read but I do like to mix things up.

  8. No not Christmas!! I'm not even close to being ready for it. The only one on your list I'll be reading is City of Broken Magic, but I think it's going to be really good.

So these are the ones that are calling my name: "City of Broken Magic", "One Day in December", and "Mutts and Mistletoe"! Yeah, that mutts cover looks entirely ADORABLE!! And I LOVE the plots of all three of these books! I've already added them to my Goodreads shelves!!

As for "Rebecca", as I mentioned in the comment to a previous post, I read it years ago. Hope you enjoy it!

  11. I'm looking forward to City of Broken Magic. One of my blogging buddies didn't care for it much, though. 📚
