Stacking the Shelves (14)

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!  The original meme was started over at Tynga's Reviews.  I have received quite a few books from netgalley this week.  I also purchased a few on Amazon.

First up, from Netgalley:

pic name The Undying Legion Demon Door
Lawyer for the Dog The Girl Salem's Vengeance

Glitter and Blood: Hanna Moskowitz - This releases on July 28,  2015 and I want to thank Chronicle Books for my copy.
The Undying Legion (Crown and Key #2): Clay Griffith and Susan Griffith -  This one sounds great and I love the cover.  I just have to pick up the first one.  This releases June 30, 2015 and thanks Random House Publishing Group.
The Demon Door: Kim Alexander - I am part of a blog tour for this one which releases on May 19, 2015.  Thank you Booktrope.
Lawyer for the Dog: Lee Robinson - I am the most excited about this one and as I requested it over 4 weeks ago, was sure I wouldn't get approved.  It releases July 7, 2015 and I can't thank St. Martin's Press enough.
The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts: K.C. Tansley - This book comes out August 1, 2015 and Beckett Publishing Group was kind enough to provide my copy.
Salem's Vengeance: Aaron Galvin - I love anything related to Salem.  This book is out now.  Thanks Aames & Abernathy.

From Amazon I picked up:

Crow Hollow Dog Aliens https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1414265598l/23447854.jpg

Crow Hollow: Michael Wallace
Dog's Aliens Short Story: Cherise Kelly
Pet from Hell: Justin Gowland

Finally, from Penguin First to Read I received:

Spirits and Thieves: Morgan Rhodes.  Hope I don't need to read the original series to enjoy this spinoff.

What did you guys get this week?  Have you read any of these? Leave a message so I can check out your blogs!

  1. The cover of that Pet from Hell book is very creepy! I'm not a cat fan at the best of times! Maybe that's why I liked Claws by Ricky Sides! Enjoy your books and the rest of the weekend!

    1. It may not be any good. I picked it up for free. That cat reminds me too much of the one from Pet Cemetery. If you hadn't guessed, I am not much of a cat person either.
