  3. Yay to #10! My husband has learned to ignore when I mutter about things that were changed in book-to-movie adaptations.

    1. I think mine does too. He never did watch Under the Dome with me much because I kept wanting to tell him how it would end - which I HATED in the book for a change.

  4. Yay for number 10! Honestly, I don't know what I would do without this community. Where else would I scream about books?

  5. Ahaha I totally do number four, and it drives my husband absolutely bonkers. xD He hates seeing piles of books everywhere. Ooof number nine is so true. I'm definitely guilty of that, even though I know I shouldn't haha.

  10. Brilliant list. I loved this because you've come up with so many new ones - like No.2 - I definitely do that. And absolutely No.3. And, well, virtually all the others.
    Lol

    1. It's hard because even though the collection grows, the house doesn't.

  12. Number 6 sums me up! Yes to 3, 8 and 10! We're not out much in normal times so I don't go on day trips to find bookstores but I will scan charity shops that we pass or pop into a Waterstones if I see it!

    1. Our one used bookstore here is so high priced. I can almost always do better on Amazon, which is sad. And our town must not read a lot or else they hoard because I very rarely find them in thrift stores.

  13. #2 made my list as well. As for #1, yep, as soon as I see a sign indicating there's a library nearby I'm like "well I have to go check this place out."

And I am TOTALLY guilty of having books in my trunk. A girl's gotta have her traveling library in case of emergencies, okay? There's one bag with winter gear, and one bag with books. They are of equal importance.

  14. These are so spot on! I mean why even have pets if you can't name them after book characters? 😂 And I have 100% run out of space for bookshelves, it is BAD!
